Through intuitive energy healing and mindfulness practices, I’ve found profound healing across grief, self-awareness, and inner peace. Grief once felt heavy and consuming, but now I feel a gentler acceptance, allowing me to feel the emotions of my losses without being consumed by them.

Recognizing my behavioural patterns has become easier, so instead of frustration, I can observe and shift them with a light heart. I have been able to let go of past hurts, releasing them and thus not ruminating over them and getting to a place of acceptance of the situation.

This journey has also sharpened my intuition, though I often smile at myself for not always following the messages I receive. My relationship with my body has deepened; I listen to its cues, respecting my need for rest and finding relief from long-standing back pain as a result. Most importantly, I’ve reached a place of inner peace, releasing past turmoil and embracing a gentle acceptance of where I am in life—rooted, present, and at ease.

Before: I felt exhausted all the time, with no energy to do the necessary things—let alone enjoy time with my family and friends.

After years of unexplained health challenges and being told I had chronic fatigue syndrome, I was able to improve my capacity through naturopathic care—but still felt stuck at about 75%.

That’s when I spoke with Upinder. I was hesitant at first, as I had no experience with energy healing, but I was open to the possibility.

After: After the first two sessions, I felt noticeably more energized. We worked on clearing and increasing my energy, and through the practices she gave me, I learned how to interrupt thought patterns that weren’t serving me. For the first time in a long time, my mind had space to rest—balancing thinking, doing, and being.

I first started working with Upinder during my postpartum journey. As a new mom, I was navigating lots of changes physically, emotionally and mentally. Upinder helped me to find balance and insight into the different elements of my recovery as I transitioned to motherhood. I appreciated her ability to offer tools like journalling prompts, meditation practices and energy clearing tools like shielding and smudging. Her skill at tuning in energetically and being present during our sessions together was greatly appreciated.

Through working with her, I have found a deeper appreciation and awareness for my own body, and that has deepened my own intuition and ability to trust myself. I think one of my takeaways is that I can slow down and trust in the process of healing. Life is not a race, and healing happens when I let my body, intuition and Universe/God/Spirit guide me.
