Meet Upinder
I’m Upinder Sahota Khan — Stress Reduction & Resilience Educator, MBSR-informed, and Integrative Mind-Body Practitioner.
I built Aligned & Ambitious™ because I lived it. I spent years overriding myself until chronic stress and overwhelm finally drowned out my inner knowing entirely. The way back was learning to quiet the noise, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom I’d been ignoring.
Today, I help other ambitious individuals do the same — through evidence-based mindfulness, stress reduction, and integrative mind-body work.

“I’ve tried meditation apps and they didn’t work. How is this different?”
Apps give you tools but no structure, no accountability, and no integration with deeper mind-body work. Aligned & Ambitious is a private, MBSR-rooted immersive — guided, structured, and personalized — with weekly support and integrative practices that go far beyond mindfulness alone.

“Is this therapy?”
No. This is mindfulness-based stress reduction education and skill-building, rooted in evidence-based practices. If you’re already working with a therapist, this work complements that beautifully — many of my clients do both.
