I’m Upinder Sahota Khan, a mindfulness educator and energetic wellness practitioner.

After years of trying to balance work, family, and everything in between, I reached a point where I felt completely drained and disconnected from myself. I discovered the power of combining mindfulness, energy awareness, and intuitive healing to create lasting inner transformation.

Today, I guide ambitious and heart-centered individuals to restore their energy, release stress, and realign with their true self — so they can lead and live with calm confidence, clarity, and purpose.
